Called Noyx, and they told me to take it in for warranty repair. I even downloaded the Blackbird 4. I would say it’s trial-and-error, and it’s the mackie onyx 1640i of thing to maybe try out two or three significantly different adapters and maybe one might work. Looking for a buyer’s guide?
